The identity archive contains 3,333 records. GHOST//0001 is an existing canary. The Candy Machine holds 333 items (IDs 0002–0334); both phases draw from the same inventory, and each mint receives a random remaining item. 334 pieces exist on-chain in total.

States advance one step at a time. Each transition records the previous state, next state, time, trigger, reference and actor. Public puzzle answers cannot change identity state.
Local narrative state is separate from on-chain metadata. No blockchain mutation is performed by this website.
03 / METADATA & STORAGE
EVERY FRAGMENT HAS A SOURCE.
Each identity has a stable numeric ID, typed traits and a fingerprint. JSON is validated before import. The website archive is a browsing dataset and contains example storage references.
The full 3,333-identity collection artwork passed visual QA and was render-approved on 13 September 2026. The approved renders and final metadata are stored permanently on Arweave. This website's archive still serves procedural reconstruction previews rather than the approved artwork.
The project records a 5% royalty. GHOST//0001 and the collection record point to permanent Arweave metadata. On-chain the collection holds 334 pieces: GHOST//0001 plus 333 Candy Machine items (IDs 0002–0334); the Candy Machine is not yet deployed. No separate reserved supply pool is configured.
